The ideal candidate should be an experienced class "A" sheet metal mechanic. Should be familiar with all related major equipment and have experience in metal working techniques. This leader good communicator must direct and teach lower level employees to fabricate and finish parts to drawing specifications. Hands on take charge leader can assume responsibility for others and guide employees through manufacturing cycles. Experience required 5 yrs. min.
